Please read these Terms carefully before using Asset Analysis. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

Asset Analysis ("the Service") provides web-based financial analysis tools including regression analysis, portfolio optimization, historical returns, correlation matrices, and a market dashboard. The Service is operated by Asset Analysis ("we", "us", "our").

2. Not Financial Advice

Important: All data, analysis, and tools provided by Asset Analysis are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Past performance data displayed does not guarantee future results. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment decision. We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from use of the Service.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@assetanalysis.info if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can cancel at any time from your account profile; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the Service in bulk
Share your account credentials with others
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond normal personal use
Attempt to circumvent any subscription or access restrictions
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and design elements of the Service are the property of Asset Analysis or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Financial data sourced from third parties (e.g. Yahoo Finance) remains the property of those providers and is subject to their respective terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that financial data displayed will be accurate, complete, or up to date.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asset Analysis and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
